To order a piece:
Click the 'Reserve this piece' button on the corresponding item, fill in your contact information and submit the form. You'll receive a follow-up email confirming your reservation. If you wish to pay by credit card, I'll call you to confirm and take your credit card number to process your order. Please do not e-mail your credit card number. Reservations are good for 5 business days.

If you'd like to pay by check or money order please fill out and mail the printable form.

I ship UPS Ground and pieces are insured for their full value. Express service is available for an additional charge.

Gift wrapping is free! Please let me know if you're sending a piece as a gift and if you'd like me to include a card with a message. Send the wording via the item reservation form, the printable form, or by email.

Shipping, Packing, and Insurance:
For shipping, packing, and insurance add 15%, but no more than $30 for multiple pieces mailed to the same address. This applies to shipments made in the continental US. Don't forget, gift certificates carry no shipping or handling charges.

Exchanges:
If you're not happy with a piece, I'm happy to refund the purchase price or exchange the piece for another. Please let me know within 30 days after delivery. After 30 days, sales are final.
